West Concord Board & Lodge is a structured sober living home for adults in recovery. We provide stable housing, daily routines, and real accountability: the kind of environment where early recovery can actually take root.
We bridge the gap between residential treatment and fully independent living. Our residents are typically men and women coming out of inpatient treatment, transitional housing, incarceration, or direct referrals from outpatient providers — people who need a steady place to land while they keep doing the work.
We are not a treatment facility, and we do not provide clinical services on site. Residents continue with their own outpatient programs, therapists, sponsors, and medical providers. What we provide is the conditions in which recovery can take root: a clean, safe, drug-free home; daily routines that reinforce healthy habits; tested accountability for sobriety; and a community of peers walking the same path.
Clear daily expectations — chores, meetings, sponsor contact, drug tests — but the relationship with staff is human, not bureaucratic.
Every drug test, infraction, pass, payment, and discharge is recorded in the moment, with timestamps, and available to authorized referral partners on request.
Residents have a confidential grievance channel directly to the program director. Recovery housing programs without one get into trouble; we built it from day one.
We document everything that matters, communicate proactively when something happens, and provide the kind of records that make your job easier. We do not bury bad news.
